Learn the transforming practice of healing breath (the Aum or Aumkar), the “seven sounds of love” (musical chakras/ mudras), and the “singing field” as resonant gateways into the voice of your soul. Draw from deep silence, energy movement, mantras, healing musical modes and indigenous melodies.
