DESCRIPTION "LISTEN TO THE VOICE"- Weekly voice group. Come and explore the power and depth of your voice using simple and profound voice/body wisdom practices such as sacred chant, mantra, movement, the Indian scale, improvisation and much more! These practices enable us to cultivate a deeper listening to ourselves and others, bringing us into a much deeper engagement with our authentic self/sound. Sound is the most direct way of doing this and our most neglected source of creativity and inspiration. NO VOCAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Dates: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th September, 7th, 14th, 21st October,4th, 11th, 18th November.
1st session-Taster-£6 and following 9 sessions £70 to be paid in advance.
