A reminder to everyone on protocol—this seemed to work well last time. Having a simple gentle procedure actually helps to deepen the feeling of connection and silence.

-Please do your best to join the call on time. When you join, simply say your name and where you are calling from so we know who’s who.

-As each new person joins, everyone who is already on the call will go around in the order they joined, and say their names and where they are calling from. Then the conversation will resume wherever we left off

-When you speak, open your words with “This is…. (your name)”. When you are done speaking, say “HO” This helps us to know who is speaking and avoid interrupting each other.
