The Body is a Message from the Universe

One of four Masters of Shintaido in the world, a Core Team facilitator with The Naked Voice since 1995. Following the direction of Hiroyuki Aoki, the founder of Shintaido (New Body Way), Masashi has researched and taught this martial art form for 30 years.

Shintaido is internationally recognised as embodying the healing arts through movement, in ways which combine Eastern spirituality with Western creative expression.

Masashi’s teachings invite us to play, move and express ourselves in the world in new ways in which we could never imagine possible.
