An afternoon to immerse yourself in sacred sound. Firstly through group chanting of sacred mantras and vocal maps, and then through the sound weaving within the sacred sound 'bath'. Jules and Howi will play Gongs Tibetan Bowls,Native American flutes and many other musical instruments (as well as their voices) for you to let go into a sacred space of stillness and deep relaxation. Guided by Jules on your inner journey you are invited explore and connect to your own wisdom and peace.
