Voicework is an exploration of our own voices through the mediums of chant, mantras, sound and song, leading us to connect to our authentic voice.

Through the voicework you can deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sound that come from deep within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and creative self expression, allowing us to move to place of stillness and inner peace.

Workshops involve a combination of techniques used to open the voice (including those taught by the Naked Voice) based on the Indian chakra system, mantras and expressing through singing and sounding as a group and as individuals.
