I offer one-to one sessions and workshops on introducing NV practices. Also small "silence and singing" retreats for members of the NVFA at my home (in the country). My background is bodywork, 5-rhythm dancing, meditation and hakomi. The Naked Voices has shown me a way to embody the formless and express the inexpressible and it has changed my life.
