Performing Arts

Many of the facilitators and teachers come from a background within the Performing Arts and have developed their work through the Naked Voice within this particular sphere. A part of the facilitator training itself involves performing for everyone whether in the form of poetry as the speaking voice or in song as the singing voice. A Facilitator is encouraged to develop his or her creative side by developing their own poetry or song to perform as singing Nakedly involves singing “one’s own song”...

The Naked Voice facilitators and teachers offer various public performance events, which combine musicianship, spoken word, singing voice, movement and creative improvised expression. Concerts and performances are developed to create a listening/singing field, a space where artists and musicians explore sacred sound collaboratively with one another, together with the audience.
