It's not always easy to understand unfamilar software, and so to help new users of the NVFA website we've created a screencast presentation for you to watch. The narrator takes you through all the initial user steps, like logging on and managing passwords, in an easy-to-follow way.

The screencast takes a number of seconds to download, then you can stop or start the presentation by clicking the green pause or play button at the bottom left; click anywhere on the green progress bar to skip to that point in the presentation; and adjust the playback volume via the taskbar volume control.
