Explore the power of the voice with a weekend of workshops.....from the complete beginner to the most experienced singer, all are welcome to come and open the heart via the voice.

Workshops include:
- Vocal warm-ups and training
- Naked Voice workshops
- Ecstatic Chanting
- Harmony Voicework
- African Singing

The Singing Field Intensive is the culmination of many years research into the unconscious power of the natural singing voice, resolving inner-outer conflicts and allowing for quantum sound leaps. The Singing Field Intensive comprises a small, supportive group of people of 4 people. The Singing Field Intensive is a rare opportunity:

* to work one-to-one directly with Chloe for 20 minutes each within the presence of a deep listening field of allies.
* to gain a deeper experience of your own witness consciousness or non-judging mind.

This introductory workshop is available to beginners and professionals alike. It awakens your real sound the naked voice inside you, dissolves your fear language, and introduces you to a spontaneous, true and joyous singing life.

Summer Kirtan - Devotional Music and Charity Fundraiser

Please join us for a beautiful evening of Kirtan (ancient yoga practice of chanting and singing) and devotional music in aid of the Yoga Biomedical Trust.

Kirtan is an ancient and efffective yoga practice of singing together to open the heart and connect to the Self. Meditative and ecstatic chants including Sanskrit mantras are set to beautiful, yet simple, melodies.

This Advanced course runs over four Fridays at the Light Centre. To take part it is necessary to have previously done at least one Open Voice Circle with Nikki Slade and it is also necessary to attend all four sessions of the course.
The next available dates to do an Open Voice Circle are 15th May 8-10pm and 29th May 8-10pm.

This Advanced Course will continue on July 24th, 31st and August 7th at the Light Centre 8-10pm.

This one-day workshop will be held at Stockport, Greater Manchester (on the London/Birmingham - Manchester train route) at the Cenacle Centre, on Saturday 18th July from 10.30am to 4.30pm. Cost £45/£30.

The workshop will provide opportunities to create a healing space using sound. We will be chanting, toning, using moving meditation, improvising with voices, and later with voices and instruments (such as drums, percussion, Native American flutes). In the afternoon sound baths will be created (including gongs and Himalayan singing bowls). It should be a most enjoyable and therapeutic day!
