THE SINGING FIELD PROCESS - This half day workshop provides a powerful, transformative space for a small number of people(max. 6) to hold and support the Witness, the source of unconditional listening. Each individual has the opportunity to explore their voice and material with the facilitator for about 20-30mins each. We will also explore chant,movement and breathwork as part of the process.

Meditative and ecstatic chants are led by Narayani’s deeply resonant voice. Sanskrit mantras are set to beautiful, yet simple, melodies with Jason’s dynamic Tabla rhythms and Bansuri (Flute). Kirtan is an ancient and effective yogic practice of singing together to open the heart and connect to the self.
