DESCRIPTION \\"THE SINGING BODY\\"-Day Voice workshop. The Singing Body introduces us to a way of Being that is true\, free of self-consciousness &\; fear\, empowered\, grounded\, creative\, nourishing \, easily accessible\, and engaged with life. We will explore simple voice and body wisdom practices such as sacred chant\, mantra\, movement\, improvisation\, breathwork\, and the Indian scale as a way of crafting our own unique sound whether beginner of professional. NO VOCAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
The album \\"POWERCHANT\\" by Nanina Mohea Ghelfi and Juri Viktor Stork has been released 1.September 2009.
