Join Narayani on this journey of exploration of our own voices through the mediums of chant, mantras and spontaneous sound.

Through the voicework you can deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sounds that come from within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and self expression and can help to transform emotions leading us to a place of inner peace.
