Each individual has the opportunity to explore their voice and material with the facilitator for about 20-30mins each. We will also explore chant, movement and breathwork as part of the process. Sanskrit mantras are set to beautiful, yet simple, melodies. Kirtan is an ancient and effective yogic practice of singing together to open the heart and connect to the self.
