Through voicework, movement and chanting you can deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sound that comes from within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and self expression, and can help to transform emotions leading us to a place of inner peace.
