Meditative and ecstatic chants are led by Narayani’s deeply resonant voice. Sanskrit mantras are set to beautiful, yet simple, melodies with Jason’s dynamic Tabla rhythms. Kirtan is an ancient and effective yogic practice of singing together to open the heart and connect to the Self. Joined by Lucy Crisfield on Violin.
Chanting (Kirtan) is a deeply inspiring practice that opens the heart and reveals the experience of our own true nature. It calms the mind and helps us to release unwanted tensions allowing us to experience the freedom within. We chant in Sanskrit, a language revealed by sages in ancient times as the language of the heart. There is a deep wisdom within the vibration of each chant (Kirtan) and each individual has their own unique experience of grace through the power of chanting.

Singing the Soul Series (3 parts)
Chanting is a blissful practice that opens the heart to the experience of connecting to our own inner SELF. It is the Yoga of the subtle body, these ancient Sanskrit syllables resound inside each of us as our very own SELF and as we begin to chant we awaken to the vibration of eternal love “Satchidananda, the Bliss of Consciousness”.
Chanting purifies the mind and the emotions to reveal our true nature within, which is primordial or original source vibration “In the beginning was the word and the word was Om”.
