Kirtan (often called Bhajans) is an ancient and effective yogic practice of singing together to open the heart and connect to the self. The chants are easy to pick up and give a wonderful opportunity to discover the power of your own voice.

This one day workshop will take place at the Cenacle Centre\, on Dialstone Lane in Stockport\, Cheshire SK2 7LE\, on Sunday 24th October\, from 10.30am - 5pm. Cost - £45 (conc. - £30)
It is a Naked Voice workshop for singers and non-singers alike. We will use body\, mind and spirit while exploring our voices together. There will be opportunities to use creativity and share chants in a small community of fellow explorers. It should be fun\, as well as deeply relaxing.
