Voicework is an exploration of our own voices through the mediums of chant, mantras, sound and song, leading us to connect to our authentic voice.

Through the voicework you can deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sound that come from deep within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and creative self expression, allowing us to move to place of stillness and inner peace.

Singing the Bones weekend

This one day workshop will take place at the Cenacle Centre, on Dialstone Lane in Stockport, Cheshire SK2 7LE, on Sunday 24th October, from 10.30am - 5pm. Cost - £45 (conc. - £30)

It is a Naked Voice workshop for singers and non-singers alike. We will use body, mind and spirit while exploring our voices together. There will be opportunities to use creativity and share chants in a small community of fellow explorers. It should be fun, as well as deeply relaxing.
