THE SINGING FIELD PROCESS - This half day workshop provides a powerful, transformative space for a small number of people(max. 6) to hold and support the Witness, the source of unconditional listening. Each individual has the opportunity to explore their voice and material with the facilitator for about 20-30mins each. We will also explore chant, movement and breathwork as part of the process. NO VOCAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Kirtan Concert with Narayani, Eastbourne

Kirtan is call-and-response chanting- a form of yoga for the voice done in a group accompanied by music. Repeating Sanskrit mantras creates a meditative and uplifted mental state, and helps to melt inhibitions that can suppress your voice and expression. You add your voice to those around you, creating a sense of harmony. Some people feel a sense of calm, others a sense of elation- it’s a great way to unblock emotions as well as simply being a lot of fun. joined by Mat Baker
